Guinness Book of World Records Holder James Clark joins Chad Lilly and Steven Hairfield to discuss the mind, the 'real' body, and Plato's Metaphysics. In the past 19 years, James Clark broke 10 world records in several weight lifting categories including, push-ups, sit-ups and bench pressing. James Clark, who graduated from Elk River High School in 1983, started his world record breaking quest in 1987 and went on breaking four different records for the next three years. In 1987 James did 2,001 parallel bar dips in 5 hours. In 1988 he did 33,001 pushups in 24 hours and then in 1989, he broke the world record for number of sit-ups in 24 hours, a record that has never been broken since. The old record of 43,418 sit-ups was held by the Japanese World Record Breaker Ashrita Furhman. Known for his seamless efforts, Clark established a world record of 44,001 sit-ups in 24 hours. After breaking this world record he was invited to be a guest on The Late Show with David Letterman. "Don't miss this chance to speak LIVE with James Clark. Bring everyone you know to this show. Let's set a record of our own." - Chad Lilly
