Join me as we choose to be the master of our thoughts and release the programming of believing that worrying is what we do if we really love someone or something. Instead, choose to place the intention of the desired outcome into the universe and ask for assistance with claiming peace as we co-create what we desire not what we are worried about. This act of worry only draws that to us. As always we will end in a guided self-exploration meditation on replacing worry with positive outcomes.
