Daring to be Wise—The Simple Truth About Enlightenment with Geoff and Linda Hoppe
What is enlightenment? According to 18th Century philosopher Immanuel Kant "Enlightenment is man's emergence from his self-incurred immaturity." In his now famous answer to the question that has occupied the minds of scholars, seekers and religious men for centuries Kant argued that this “immaturity” we suffer from is self-inflicted not from a lack of understanding, but from the lack of courage to use one’s reason, intellect, and wisdom without the guidance of another.”
As the Shift continues to challenge our perceptions about life, the Universe, and our roles in the creation of everything we see, it would seem that in coining his motto of enlightenment—“Dare to be wise!”—Kant was revealing a powerful, yet very simple truth about what enlightenment is and how we can achieve it.
In this episode Sandie and international speakers, authors, teachers and founders of the Crimson Circle, Geoffrey and Linda Hoppe will discuss:
*What is enlightenment—really?
*How can we get it?
*How do we know when we have it?
*What can we do with it once we’ve got it?
*What does “Daring to be wise” really mean?
And here’s a clue: Daring to be wise will bring you closer to enlightenment than you can possibly conceive.
