There are many components to mastering alchemy, understanding how energy moves within the universe, and knowing when to move forward and when to pause. It is a skill that few are adept at. Comprehending the underlying energies and subtle flows of the universe will make your life much smoother and more fluid. This information is foundational to that energetic flow.

Johanna Paungger, one of ten children of a Tyrolean mountain farmer, was raised to respect local wisdom that has been kept alive for centuries and handed down from one generation to the next. When she was young Johanna’s grandfather took her as his apprentice and, over the course of many years, passed on the ancient traditions. Among the wisdom that Johanna’s grandfather shared was a body of information that offers a key for opening lost treasures and talents hidden deep within us as revealed through our unique birthday numbers. That knowledge is now shared in Johanna and Thomas’s book The Code: Unlocking the Secret of Your Birthday.

In this Conversations With… Jim and Thomas Poppe will discuss how The Code unfolds from the rhythms of nature and is part of a much larger ancient family healing tradition that can bring us a deeper connection to ourselves, others and the world around us.

Thomas Poppe is the author of more than 20 books and is an Aikido master. With his wife Johanna, Thomas has co-authored nine books including several bestsellers that have made her valuable knowledge available to the general public. Its subjects comprise living in harmony with the moon, ancient healing traditions using herbs, color, movement, bodywork, nutrition, organic farming and more. After publication of their first book in 1991 the number of Austrian farmers switching from industrial to organic rose tenfold in the space of eight years.
