Your Health - Your Choice with Dr. Donese Worden (20 min)

Frank and fearless, Dr. Donese Worden is a passionate advocate for truth in medicine.  In this regular segment she takes on the role of our eyes and ears, to help us carve a pathway through the minefield of information (and disinformation) about our health, our bodies, and our rights, bringing us everything we need to know to safeguard our own and our loved one’s health.

Discovering the “Possible Human” with Jean Houston

Our world is going through a time of fundamental change—transforming how we see ourselves, our universe, and our human journey.

The world of the new millennium with its unique complexity requires a renewed spirituality. How can we hope to function well in a tumultuous world spinning through whole system transition without re-examining our belief systems? Recent discoveries in cosmology, mind and brain research and a deeper understanding of the spiritual practices of many cultures create a basis for rich spiritual exploration.

One of the foremost visionary thinkers of our time, Dr. Jean Houston is a world-renowned scholar, philosopher and researcher in Human Capacities.

In 1965, along with her husband Dr. Robert Masters, Dr. Houston founded The Foundation for Mind Research. She is also the founder and principal teacher of the Mystery School, a school of human development, now in its 28th year, that offers a program of cross-cultural, mythic and spiritual studies, dedicated to teaching history, philosophy, the New Physics, psychology, anthropology, myth and the many dimensions of human potential.
