In this half-hour segment of the D-spot meet artists who have used their dreams in their chosen work. Meet painters, poets and musicians who have received images, words and musical scores in dreams and who have practiced the 'art of recollection' to turn their dreams into reality.

Hosted by Poet and Writer Joan Gelfand, this show will include a call-in period for questions and answers.
Growing up in South Africa with a mother who was a landscape painter; drawing and painting became a blissful and ‘easy’ activity for Regina Foster. Her mother worked during the day and usually painted in the early hours of the morning. Regina would sit silently on the stairs watching her every brush stroke.

Regina did not see herself as an artist for many of her adult years. She was a fashion model, social worker, photographer, scriptwriter and brokered old master and impressionist art and still, she questioned her path.

Moving to Santa Fe changed all that. This enchanting place has given her the gift of living in the world of oils and art that she has always known, so grateful to wake-up every day and open her energy to the creative process.

Regina paints roses because the rose represents heart and inner strength and through these places one can reach out and touch the rose in others.
