American-born Barbara Berger has been a seeker all her life and in the process has written more than 10 self-empowerment books including the bestsellers The Road to Power / Fast Food for the Soul (30 languages) and Are You Happy Now? / 10 Ways to Live a Happy Life (14 languages). Her other books include, Mental Technology (The 10 Mental Laws), Gateway to Grace and The Spiritual Pathway. All her books are attempts to point out practical ways out of suffering to peace and harmony. She is not associated with any particular religion or tradition.??
In addition to writing books, Barbara offers private sessions to people who are interested in working intensively with her in Copenhagen, Denmark, where she currently resides. And for people who live too far away to come in person, Barbara offers sessions by telephone or on Skype. Barbara also gives lectures, workshops and courses (with her son Tim Ray).
