Jo-e Sutton is a board certified Holistic Health Practitioner through the Institute of Integrative Nutrition and Columbia University and is also a member of the National Association of Drugless Practitioners.
She attended Emperor's College of Traditional Oriental Medicine for three years and has been a nutritionist with almost thirty years personal research in the use of food as medicine.
A facilitator of workshops on health, wellness and the Human Design system, Jo-e has had health and life challenges that fueled her desire to understand and overcome seeming life debilitating conditions. In her search for wellness, Jo-e has experimented with numerous nutritional, psychological, metaphysical, transformational and spiritual modalities. This search has created a great capacity for healing and a clear understanding and empathy for those who are challenged to grow in life through their health issues.
Jo-e uses her experience, education and compassion to lead others in making life-long changes that come from within, tapping our innate ability for self-love, one of the most amazing healing agents of all.
