Douglas “Ka’iwi” Ah Hee, a Kahu in Hawaii, will be discussing his work in - and philosophy of - healing, and the need for a strong faith.  His experiences in “seeing” what was going on with his client’s body, allowed him to recognize how their memories from past events would promote disease.   By explaining this to them, he has helped many -  not only free their body of pain- but also open up to understanding their own “gifts”.

Kahu Ka’iwi will discuss cases from his own work that describe how releasing these ties to harmful memories helped clients.  He helps clients heal physically, emotional, and spiritually – the true healing of ho’ oponopono.

Douglas “Ka`iwi” Ah Hee comes from the windward side of the island of Oahu, Hawai`i.  He credits his pure Hawaiian grandmother for his upbringing and “gifts.”  She would talk to people that he could not “see.” Growing up as a “sensitive” was never discussed by anyone in his family.  Her passing when he was 16, caused much angst, as he did not know how to deal with his seeing, feeling, and sensing “spirits.”  It was not until he had his 2 daughters, and they shared with him of what they were “seeing”, that he decided to embrace his “gifts.”

Ka’iwi started The Ho`ola Foundation LLC, which was created to teach individuals, groups and eventually communities to empower themselves. Through Ho`oponopono (to make right; or correct) and Ha`aha`a (humility) one may restore the true La`a kea (Sacred Light) of Aloha within the mind, body and spirit.

Ho'ola - meaning to give life, heal, to cure; Ola - meaningful life, well-being, living.
