A Reiki Master-Teacher since 1988, Lois has taught and initiated several hundred students.  She is a Professional Certified PaRama Level BodyTalk Practitioner.  She is an Advanced facilitator of PSYCH-K,.  Most important of all, she is honored to be the founder of EDINA Energy Medicine, EDINA is a form of healing work which draws together many healing techniques. EDINA brings them back together into a whole and cohesive system.

A published author, Lois is also a BlogTalk Radio show host. She also writes for "Sedona Journal" magazine under the pen name, "Lotus Fire."

Trained as a shaman by Sandra Ingerman of the Foundation for Shamanic Studies in 1990, she has been practicing shamanism for twenty years. 

Lois has many, many past lives. Additionally, she is part Cherokee, and comes from a long line of warriors on her father's side. Lois is honored to work on returning veterans.
