Being part Chinese and growing up with the idea of: You are What you eat and everything you eat affects, compliments your body, I suggest adding a slice of ginger in all the green fruit juices. Green food are mostly 'cold' and can cause adverse effects on women. Adding a slice of ginger will alleviate this 'cold'. Just my 2 cents after having lived in a Chinese environment for the past 50+ years. Namaste! :) So love your programme :) Irena
