Hello sports fans, this is Avry from Avry's Sports Show here blogging today to give you the scoop on my predictions for today's games in the NFL.

1st Game.) Green Bay at Detroit: My pick for this game plain and simple will be the packers, why? I'm talking the Packers becuase I believe that Aaron Rodgers has the ability to throw for over 170 passing yards against a team that I find is still in the works the detroit lions. If Rodgers can really get guys Like Greg Jennings and the two Donalds, Driver and Lee into the game they can really torch the Lions Secondary for some big yards. I find that what is the Lions problem is not really the offense becuase John Kitna had two TD Passes last week, its truly the defense of the Lions. Expect this game to be a blow out for the Pack.

2nd Game.) New York Giants at St. Louis: My Pick for this game will be the G-Men, why?
Beucase children, lets take a look at why the Giants will absolutly slaughter the Rams on their home field.
1. The Rams Running Back Stephen Jackson has not run for over 100 yards since week 3 of the 2007 Season.
2. Marc Bulger still needs more time to adjust to the new offense co-ordinator Al Saunders.
3. History is not on the Rams side vs New York with the all time record being 25-12 in favor of the Giants.
Score Prediction: New York 54 St.Louis 11

3rd Game)  New England at New York Jets: Well this game will not be a beatdown I can assure you that! With Brady out for the year I do find that Matt Cassell although he was able to hold down the fort in the game vs the Cheifs, I want to see how he does vs Mr.Farve and his Jets. I find that Cassell will not be the answer in New England and would rather trust Chris Simms to lead the Pats, but I find that New England will not have the answer to stop the Jets today. If New England wants this game the defense better step up becuase the offense will not be any good if the QB is having a hard time.
Jets to win today.
My Score Prediction: New England 14 New York 28

4th Game) Philidelphia at Dallas (Monday Night): The game of the Eagles and the Cowboys will be a shootout in my mind, but the team that will emerge victorious will be the Cowboys. The reason why I'm talking the Cowboys is becuase, shootouts usually come down to two QB's throwing long TD passes, both Romo and McNabb have the ability to do it but only one QB has been entirely healthy these past two season, and that is Tony Romo. I find that if the Cowboys get to McNabb and sack him once some issues may come back, but I wont say what... This will be a real shooutout becuase the last time both QB's went "gunslinger" on a team it was vs the Rams for McNabb and the very injured Browns.
Things will be very different and this game's score will show the Cowboys winning but the score may resemble Basketball.
