5pm - Leonora Speaks with Jennifer Damian, classically-trained musician in Los Angeles, music educator, former Music Director of a Los Angeles school music programme, and autism advocate with over 20 years of experience working with children with special needs in the Northeast, Midwest, and now in California as a parent with a child with autism. Worked for years in the dance field as a dance accompanist and now sits on the board of an all abilities ballet programme in LA. A strong supporter of the arts, aware of the positive impact of all art forms in the lives of children and adults with autism and other disabilities. Manager for son Kai, who is a 10 year old with autism and a young artist and musician.
