Sandy Humphrey - Hot Issues, Cool Choices

Sandra McLeod Humphrey is a retired clinical psychologist and the award-winning author of seven children’s and young adult books. Hot Issues, Cool Choices: Facing Bullies, Peer Pressure, Popularity, ad Put-Downs is a collection of 26 vignettes depicting various forms of bullying with thought questions following each vignette. All the vignettes are based on true experiences related to her by students during her school visits, and the book is dedicated to a 12-year-old Minnesota boy who took his own life as a result of bullying.
