Dave Richardson - Vietnam Air Rescues

Dave Richardson was born and raised in Southern California, went to university - then in 1960, he married his high school sweetheart and joined the US Air Force. Over the next 24 years as an Air Force helicopter/fixed wing pilot, he would be stationed at various bases in the United States and he served in Vietnam. Richardson’s personal experiences during harrowing rescue missions & his perspectives on an unpopular war are shared in the pages of this exciting & insightful book that we will be hearing a portion of today.
