Authors on the Air host Pam Stack welcomes dancer and author TOR UDALL.  Tor's debut novel A THOUSAND PAPER BIRDS is an exceptionally exquisite character study set in the Gardens at Kew in the writer's homeland.

More about Tor:  After studying theatre and film, Tor co-founded a dance-theatre company and spent most of her twenties directing, writing and performing. As an A' level student, she devised and directed a play that won the opportunity to be performed on the Olivier stage at the National Theatre. Tor taught drama for several years and choreographed an opera for The Royal College of Music. A Thousand Paper Birds is her first novel. She lives in London with her husband and two young children.
