Jasmine has overcome some misfortunes that life had dealt her. She was able to achieve what most don’t in her situation. But she has a secret and that secret could stop all her dreams in a flash. Determine to make it she presses on. Jasmine as been accepted into Law School and her and her best friend hits the town to celebrate; they end up at the NCO club on base. Jasmine wasn’t to keen about this but Ally was excited so she agreed.

Emmanuel has finally got the job he wanted teaching business law classes at Duke University. He has been down in the dumps lately, his dreams are coming into reality and he doesn’t have anyone to share it with. His best friend Malcolm talks him into going out to the club something he hates doing but what the hell might as well. Walking into the club Emmanuel new he wasn’t going to have a good time until he turned around and seen the most beautiful being he’s ever laid his eyes on. He almost forgot to breathe. Emmanuel introduced himself to Jasmine but she turned him down cold.  Emmanuel was surprised she didn’t look like the stuck up type from across the room. So he took his rejection like a man and was on his way.

One month later a chance meeting had Jasmine and Emmanuel spending the day together. Finding out they had many things in common and that they were very attracted to each other.
