Tristan Ahumada & Nick Baldwin

Tristan and Nick are the founders of the incredbily fastest growing real estate agent group on Facebook that focuses on the science of real etate!

Tristan is a Realtor, national speaker, creator of Lab Coat Agents, and innovator.He's been in real estate since 2004, working out of Southern California; born and raised in Los Angeles and doesn't plan on leaving! He loves travel (California is his favorite), prospecting, using social media, and spending time with his family. 

Nick Baldwin has been in real estate since 2007 and is also the co-created Lab Coat Agents, the largest Facebook Real Estate group in the U.S.. He has a real estate team with his wife Anne Baldwin, where they build relationships with clients in the Bloomfield & Montclair NJ areas. Nick enjoys teaching and speaking throughout the year- to groups of up to 20,000 people! Nick loves spending time with his two children and wife of almost a decade, and is passionate about charities that focus on stopping bullying (primarily cyber bullying).
