Staying the Course for Success

Okay, we have discussed what belief systems have been holding you back, we have also discussed what are some strategies & tools to get you on track & stay accountable to making better choices & living a healthier lifestyle.  
 
So how do you sustain it all?   That’s what I will be talking about in today’s show.  
 
So often we “fall off the wagon” only to tell ourselves we have no will power, are weak & beat ourselves up with negative & destructive self-talk.  
 
How has that been working for you so far?!?!?!  It’s time to finally let go of that & embrace a little reality & a healthier perspective.  
 
You are not weak, you are not lacking will power . . . you are a human being in transition of making massive changes in your life & undoing years of behaviours that are well established within you.  
 
It’s time to be kind to yourself & find out how to  work with yourself & not against yourself.
