We will be working on identifying “what do I want to change/ heal & what do I need to do to start that process?”  
 
The goal here is for you, our listeners to begin a “checklist” of sorts to identify & prioritize the changes you want/ need to make in your lives to take the first steps in living a healthier life & ultimately feeling better.
