Finding Your Own Leadership Story with Marie Gervais

Marie Gervais, PhD., CSTD., MEd., BEd. (bilingual), ECDip., A.Mus, (Director, Global Leadership Associates) provides managerial training and intercultural competency leadership for business and industry. Her work has a particular focus on developing diverse workforce capacity and helping industry build a talent pipeline. Some of her areas of expertise are: workforce training systems analysis, intercultural leadership training, cultural conflict resolution, job performance improvement, and managerial training for a multicultural workplace, particularly for a variety of literacy and English language proficiency levels.

 In her research, training and curriculum development portfolio she has several manuals and multi-media resources to her credit, as well as publications in academic and industry journals. She recently managed the Immigrant Entrepreneur Mentorship Program (IEMP) for The Business Link, wrote the curriculum for Red Deer College’s Foreman Certificate program, and is in the process of developing a managerial training simulation game for manufacturing called Unstoppable! Management.
