Tami and Kristen's answers: the first question: the brain doesn't know the difference btw what is real and what is not. Truthfully Tami and I have found that sometimes they can occur instantly or in the beginning of playing with this, it could take weeks...
Tami and Kristen: theres also something else that i wanted to write while on the show but it was too lengthy... so basically there's something that many people aren't aware of and that concerns seven realms, or frequencies...which are also like time flows...
Tami and Kristen: If you predominantly come from a place of blame, anger, all the emotions like fearing, worrying, (lower charas) those dont normally occur quickly unless you've come to KNOW by practice that you do indeed create... so
Tami and Kristen: then it is so very important to keep a better eye on what you are thinking and saying...
