Vondran Legal Hour - 2019 Legal Updates - ADA Website Accessibility Cases

Online business owners have been wonbdering for the past few years if their websites have to comply with the ADA (Americans with Disabilities Act).  In Martinez v. San Diego Credit Union, the 9th Circuit Court said NO, and granted a nonsuit to the Defendant stating that there was no ADA violation where there was no place of public accomodation (a phyiscal location) at issue.
