Well, I might just be a tad bit biased because I simply LOVE and ADORE Denzel Washington, but, then who doesn't? Ha, ha, ha! Denzel Washington can do no wrong, in my book! His characters are always solid, believable and on point, and trust me when I tell you that he didn't disappoint this time either in his role as Frank! Rosario Dawson is a solid actress who held her own in this story and Chris Pine rounded out this trio as a good supporting actor in this film. The story, was interesting. However, because I'm not in the railway business, I am uncertain as to the level of "believability" of this film. Could what happened in this movie have occurred in real life? The movie was exciting, but, for me, there was at least one disappointment. There was something that I knew, would have bet money something specific was going to happen, but, it didn't. Nothing. Zilch. I was like, "Hmmm. Okay. What was the point of...?" Ha, ha, ha! Trying to give this commentary WITHOUT giving away too much information for those of you out there who haven't seen it yet, but, plan to. Don't want to spoil it for you, but, DO NOT listen to my live show tomorrow night at 5:00 PM, unless you've seen it or don't mind the detailed discussion about this movie and a couple of others. Unstoppable was exciting, exhilarating and entertaining, but, again, I just had a hard time believing that much of it could actually happen and that there weren't more casualties in this film. I give it an "A" for entertainment and a "F" on believability for a final rating of C or 2 1/2 STARS!
