Sandra Corrado, CHRP, FIS, PTS, ZIN, is a Human Performance Specialist & Health & Wellness Facilitator, with a background of over 25 years in administration, human resources and management in the corporate, automotive parts manufacturing and architectural fields, as well as fitness & health & wellness. Sandra graduated with Honours from the Human Resources Management Program at Seneca College. She is trained and/or holds certifications as follows: Certified Human Resources Professional (CHRP), is a Board Certified Master Coach, holding Master certifications in Neuro Linguistic Programming (MNLP), Time Line Therapy TM(MTLT), and Hypnotherapy (MCHt), and Master Certified in Identity MappingTM & The Four Ways SystemTM, and is Master Certified in Psychosomatic Analysis.
She is also a Can-Fit-Pro certified Fitness Instructor Specialist (FIS) & Personal Trainer Specialist (PTS) trained, is licensed Zumba® Instructor, a member of the Zumba® Instructor Network (ZIN), and is certified and/or licensed in a variety of exercise modalities. She receives ongoing education to keep her skills up-to-date as well as to expand her understanding and offerings in business, personal development and wellness.
