Sarah says ‘I was consumed with fear, anxiety, depression, obsessing on past traumas, and addiction. When a friend saw me crawl out of one of my most recent holes, he told me of a woman he had just seen the day prior, who "did whatever it was she did" and transformed him in one session dealing with childhood trauma that had plagued his adult life. And so my path with Thought Field Therapy (TFT) began. I made an appointment with the incredibly gifted, Julie Cowley, a TFT practitioner who had just moved to Boulder and drove up the next week. I could have gone with a tele-session, but wanted to experience this magic in person. In the first session, I peeled through layers of issues that had remained untouched by years of traditional methods.  I could have stopped there, but insisted on two more sessions where I would make the hour long drive just to feel the amazing peace and acceptance on so many issues and emotions. I knew after my first session that TFT was going to be part of my life's path and calling. Soon I was signed up for my first level of certification and three months later, enrolled in the most advanced level training, which included Voice Technology, allowing me to practice via the internet and phone as well. In that training, I sat amongst people from all over the world who were already bringing the gift of Tapping to those in the most desperate need and I knew I was in the right place on so many levels.
