Do We Honor Our Right To Vote???

There's a lot of things that I just truly don't understand,quite often I blame it on lack of knowledge, but Black People that know their history,was here when they had Poll Tax and was hanging People for wanting to Vote, and now that you are able to Vote,You just don't want Too !!! In the mid nineties I met
