How NOT to run a Business - Lessons from 1and1.com

It's been over 20 years since I've cussed at anyone directly. The billing manager Damien at 1and1.com was the person that got me to react in a completely negative manner. 1and1.com is a host that also register's domain names for cheap. I didn't read the terms of service on how they operated. Now I face losing askterryhall.com - because I have about 200 other domain names that I do not want. According to their contract, I have to pay for all domains to keep the one or 2 that I want... hmmmm - what's a business intuitive to do?
