Today the Supreme Court heard oral arguments in the legal challenge to President Barack Obama’s executive amnesty for illegal aliens, marking only the second time in American history that the Court will hear a challenge brought by a majority of the states in the Union  — 26 to be exact — against the federal government.  Joining us tonight to discuss the illegal immigration issue is Former INS Senior Agent  Michael Cutler, whose career spanned some 30 years and provided him with a unique perspective and understanding of how the failures of our immigration system and failures to secure our nation’s borders have done incalculable damage to national security and public safety and the well-being of our nation and our citizens.

He spent approximately half of his career assigned to the Drug Task Force and had desks at the FBI, DEA and ATF. He worked closely with law enforcement agencies of Israel, Canada, Great Britain, Japan and other nations along with local and state police departments in the United States.

He has testified at well over a dozen congressional hearings in the House and Senate and provided testimony to the 9/11 Commission.  

Ever since the terror attacks of 9/11, he has been determined to inform our fellow Americans and our leaders about the clear nexus between immigration and national security.
