A TV ad pointing to Obama's relationship with Weather Underground terrorist bomber William Ayers got a lot of attention from the Obama camp. In fact, Obama went straight to the Department of Justice, insisting the ad's backers -- the American Issues Project -- be investigated. And pressured TV stations that were running the ad to remove it, threatening to unleash their supporters in an advertiser boycott. Last week, Ed Martin, a co-founder of AIP, came on my program two nights in a row to discuss it. He maintained the ad would continue to run in targeted TV markets.
