    Beach Bodies Boot Camps Registering Now

    You’ve asked for these type of classes so now is your chance to sign-up for them and get in shape!  This is the most affordable way to get small group personal training while exercising in the lovely outdoor parks of Long Island.

    Our next Beach Bodies Boot Camp begins Wednesday, May 21st at 9am -9:50am for the next 6-weeks in the East Rockaway/Lynbrook area.  Others have a signed-up, but we still need 3 more participants. 

    Yes, you can do a boot camp!  This is a beginner level boot camp and the class is designed around the ability and needs of the participants.  We address STRETCHING for greater flexibility which protects your joints.  We will do CARDIO or AEROBIC exercise to better condition your heart and lung capacity.  We will do STRENGTH training which focuses on creating tight, lean, shapely muscles to support your posture, increase strength and increase power.  These workouts will also give you stronger CORE; increase BALANCE; develop AGILITY and increase your SELF-ESTEEM and CONFIDENCE.

    There’s so much to gain, but the only way to reap the benefits of this type of workout is to PARTICIPATE in it!  Trust me, you’ll get in shape and have lots of fun at the same time.
