Managed Care Contracting Corner with Maria Todd

Each week, Maria Todd discusses another topic on managed care contracting. The information and techniques provided in this class comes from Maria's experience of more than 30 years in managed care contracting, work as a hospital administrator, group practice administrator, IPA executive director and revenue cycle manager (operations), and a national HMO provider relations coordinator (the "insider" aspect of contracting with health plans). It also has strong overtones from her work as a health law paralegal (research and due diligence process) and her work as a certified mediator (negotiation techniques) of managed care disputes.
