Maureen Manley, MA is a captivating speaker, a skilled life coach, a gifted educator and valued consultant. She is a generous source of the knowledge and wisdom. Her insight open-mindedly gathered from a diversity of fields such as mind-body sciences, psychology, behavior sciences and life coaching. Indeed, her abiding interest in a holistic approach to physical health and mental well-being led her to create her own Master’s Degree – in Integrative Wellness – from Antioch University. Maureen’s exceptionalism first came to international attention as a record-setting member of the United States Cycling Team. She competed in three World Championships and won a silver medal in 1990.
She teaches personal success strategies and the creation of long-term, sustainable strategies for achievement. Alas, her cycling career came to an abrupt halt at the sudden onset of multiple sclerosis. However, the courage, determination and resourcefulness that had fueled her athleticism she turned instead toward developing effective ways to integrate mind, body and spirit. She used these to achieve a life filled with discovery, worth and purpose.
