It doesn't matter if she wore makeup. Or if she hung out with older boys at the playground, or if she dressed older than she was. Nor does it matter that she bragged about sex on her Facebook page. All that matters is that she was just 11 years old. Which means she could not have consented to anything, not even if she wanted to. So why are dozens of Black men and women coming to the defense of the 18 Cleveland, Texas rapists arrested recently for assaulting an 11 year old child?
