Today's topic: Bas posture makes you look fat.
Ok, this is really cool I'm going to show you how to look ten pounds lighter in less than ten seconds. That's more than a pound a second.
Are you ready for the challenge? Great!
So here's what you gotta do. Stand up straight.
You heard that right, stand up straight and you'll lose ten pounds from your appearance,
especially if you've got a fair amount of belly fat.
Try it for yourself. Stand sideways in front of a full - length mirror. Now slouch over. Really emphasize this if you want.
What happens when you do that? Your belly pops out more and all the tissue under your chin and around your neck pops out too.
If you can, have someone take a picture.
Now stand up straight. Stand with your hips above your ankles, your shoulders above your hips and your ear above your shoulder. An easy way to do this is to imagine a string attached to the top of your head and that string being pulled upward. As you imagine the string being pulled up your body is lengthening and becoming more vertical.
What happens to your belly and neck? They get longer and trimmer looking.
