My name is Linda Karls Beane and I have a page on Facebook called Boycott J. Lopez, Protest Her Wearing Fur, the Skin of Murdered Animals. The page was formed shortly after Ms. Lopez was in a magazine shoot in Vanity Fair Sept 2011. She was photographed flaunting herself in a white fox fur coat which probably consisted of at least 20 pelts from these beautiful creatures.

Animals rights groups were outraged with her arrogance and blatant indifference to the suffering of animals. I too was furious with her dismissive attitude and self-serving photos. I decided to start the aforementioned page on Facebook in mid September 2011, today we have more than 14,500 members.

What started out to be an intense effort to boycott all of JLO's endeavors, became so much more.
As my membership grew I became aware many of the people had no idea how fur coats were made. They were oblivious to the fur farms, the trappers, the clubbing of seals, the domestic animals used in faux fur and even more hideous the reality of their pitiful lives and agonizing deaths.

The members on this page consist of a global community of ordinary people that are dedicated to using their personal power and moving forward, not only boycotting JLo but other fur mongering celebrities and exposing the fur industry for the vile killing machine it is.

We now have changed our focus to that of banning fur globally and closing the market for all those that so vainly and callously wear the skin of brutalized animals. Linda Karls Beane~

THE ASK SUE SHOW IS PROUD TO ANNOUNCE THAT LINDA AND Boycott J. Lopez, Protest Her Wearing Fur, the Skin of Murdered Animals are joining Global Animal Advocate. LETS GET OUR VOICES HEARD!!!!!
