Did you know that you can’t be physically healthy or enjoy healthy relationships when your own psychological health isn’t tip-top? And have you also noticed that many people don’t visit the doctor until they are sick? The same is true when it comes to psychological problems: people tend to visit a shrink when they are already deep in the emotional ditch.

The reason people drag their feet when it comes to getting that check-up is simply that they're afraid of what they might find. This avoidance defense mechanism explains why millions of people drag their psychological warts and scars to the grave.

But how tragic to miss out on the chance to live your life fully, basking in the joy that life and love is meant to bring!  In fact, research shows that emotional issues make us sick, ruin our relationships and shorten our life spans.

In this show, we’re going to take a look at your psychological health. But don't worry, this check-up doesn’t involve any rubber gloves or needles! The good news is once you find out what parts of yourself need a little tune-up, you're already on the road to repair.

So join me for your very own psychological check-up. And don’t worry.  I look forward to being with on Tuesday for this painless and illuminating show.
