Mechi Renee grew up in Houston Texas until age 13. She moved from Texas with her mom and sisters to the Carolinas in 1987. She graduated in 1993 from a high school in Greenville South Carolina. She went on to college and earned a Bachelor’s degree in Management. She is currently in school earning a Master’s degree in Human Resource Management with a concentration in Organizational Development. Mechi Renee has always been an avid reader and lover of the written word. She has not always been comfortable sharing her words for all to see. She has recently released her poetry book called A Piece of Me coming to a bookstore near you. She is currently working on her next book project which will be available toward the middle of 2012. Her future goal is to help other writers to out their work out to the masses. Watch out for Mechi Renee’s publishing company coming to a city near you.
