Lena Ossmyr Gabrielsen owns Soul by LMG, LLC in New Jersey, where she is involved with a sensory-based movement practice called Nia.  Nia’s purpose is to grow a worldwide community of healthy people who will be empowered to do great things.

Nia is a mix of martial arts, dance arts and healing arts that focus on the main areas of the body: the base, the core and the upper extremities.  Nia’s main purpose is to grow a community to help people discover, explore, unleash and enhance their potential to live a more fulfilling and meaningful life.
