Ashford Publishing Radio Presents Carole Christensen

Ms Christensen has over 49 years experience in various logistics disciplines. She began her career in December 1961 with the U.S. Army at Fort Richardson, Alaska. She came to the HQ DLA in April 1985 as the USPACOM and USACOM (now USJFCOM) Plans Officer. She was promoted to her current grade in April 1997 as Chief, Plans, Contingency Plans and Operations. Prior to joining DLA, Ms Christensen was Chief, Readiness Branch, War Plans Division, Pacific Air Forces, Hickam AFB, Hawaii from March 1983 until April 1985. From March 1962 through February 1983, she worked for the Air Force Materiel Command at two of its Air Logistics Centers (McClellan AFB, California and Tinker AFB, Oklahoma), where she held positions of increasing responsibility in the Directorates of Maintenance, Materiel Management, and Distribution.
