Ms. Jill Krause the Global Director of Human Resources, at Vinmar International. As Global Director, her responsibility is to execute and develop a set HR strategic direction in over twenty different countries. Jill manages all human resource operations by successfully establishing and implementing HR departments, while overseeing succession planning and HR transformation.
