Dr. Theodore is an Associate Professor of Medicine at the Boston University School of Medicine, and he is the current Director for the Medical Intensive Care Units. As Director, he is actively involved in the management of critically ill patients and oversees the quality assurance of all patients in the MICU.
 
The doctor is responsible for the Interventional Pulmonary Service, a service created to reduce procedure related complications and infections, which is now performed hospital-wide.
