Ursula Knaeusel, the owner of Ursula’s Cooking School, Inc., started her cooking journey when she was three years old with the guidance from her grandmother in Germany. After escaping East Germany in 1952, her natural love took her to continue her studies as she got older to learn everything there was to know about cooking. Ursula acquired her cooking expertise through studying, cooking and teaching all over Europe, the United States and Central America.
