Phillip Holt is an International Licensed Trainer of Neuro Linguistic Programming (NLP).  NLP is a technique based on the belief that there exists a connection between the neurological processes ("neuro"), language ("linguistic") and behavioral patterns that have been learned through experience ("programming".)
