Dr. Hovee is a Clinical Psychologist located in Paintsville, Kentucky.
 
Mark’s practice has included clinical work in prisons for men and women, psychiatric hospitals and long-term care facilities. Presently, he is practicing at the University of Kentucky, Big Sandy Health Care, Lindsey Wilson College, and has a private practice in Staffordsville, KY. Dr. Hovee is also assigned to the Army Community Hospital, in Fort Riley, Kansas, for the Army Reserve, as a Clinical Psychologist in the Behavioral Health Department.
