Ms. Sumpter is the General Manager for Settlers Beach Hotel, located on the scenic island of Barbados. She holds a vast amount of expertise in creating and recovering companies, in order for them to become a viable thriving business. She holds over 15 years of experience and achieved her certification from New Zealand Polytechnic.

Since joining the team for Settler’s Beach, Vanessa has made some elegant changes and added some eye-catching décor to enhance the look and vibe of the hotel, making it cozier and more welcoming.
