Mr. Lineberger has an extensive degree of litigation experience for both state and federal courts, and has practiced in Bozeman, Montana and Spokane, Washington, until late 1994, and still today, retains both state bar associations. Throughout his years of practicing, he has adopted principles that he employs in his advocacy for all clients.

 

 

He makes it a point to settle differences and complications in the way desired by the client and not according to the dictates of the opposing party. He ensures that the majority of his cases are resolved without the need of a final trial, through mediation and negotiations. From 2005 thru 2009, Washington Law and Politics Magazine, has selected Pete Lineberger as Washington’s Super Lawyer, in the field of family law. In 2009, he was the recipient of the Spokane County Bar Association’s, ‘Volunteer Attorney of the Year Award’, and has been an affiliate of the American Academy of Matrimonial Lawyers (AAML), since 1992. The AAML is a prestigious association nationwide that allows only matrimonial law practitioners that exceed academic and professional standards.
