Mrs. Knowles is the owner of Anita's Take Away. A restaurant known for the slogan “We do the cooking you do the easy part, take it home and enjoy every bite”. Anita’s Take Away is a restaurant located in Simms Long Island, Bahamas. Mrs. Knowles has been in the restaurant business for nine years and specializes in native dishes. Her inspiration derived from childhood when her mother once cooked for the Queen of England.
