Embodying and Grounding our Higher Self

This show expands on the concept of integrating our Higher Self into our physical bodies, and grounding that energy fully into the physical realm. We came here to be in physical bodies, and to embody our true divine essence into this world. An essential part of embodying the divine is “grounding” which really means to have the lower 3 chakras clear and energized so that we can be attuned to the energy of the earth.
