Australian born and raised in the humble town of Adelaide, Pop/Rock artist, Sarah D, infuses her two ideal genres through her direct-talking lyrics and memorable melodies; a few of the qualities that fuel Sarah’s music. “I’ve always wanted to sing songs that speak my mind and are gutsy, empowering and relatable, just like my idols”, the 22-year old explains.

Sarah D’s EP will come as no surprise to those who are familiar with her sarcasm and resilience. The EP contains an array of emotionally raw and confronting tunes including “Crying Over the Rainbow” and ”Stand Up” (confronting her partner to ‘stand up’ to his ‘little lie’), “Over You” (an anthem embracing the fact that ‘you didn’t tear my heart apart’ cause ‘I’m over you’), “Gone” (Gathering the courage of ‘Finally walking away to find someone new’), and the lightest of all tracks “Make The World” (Making the world ‘revolve around me’ to ‘show you I’m the one’). Such sentiments displayed throughout Sarah’s songs are enveloped in cheerful dance friendly beats and bright, open choruses (produced by Andres Torres) making them appealing to her audience.
